we hope you enjoy our approach to food and wine, and the care we put into serving you.
everything we source and serve is carefully chosen, and from organic and biodynamic farms whenever possible. this is 100% true for our wine, and around 90% true for our food.
we do this out of respect for you as our guest, and also because this is the only food and wine we ourselves want to eat and drink.
our wines by-the-glass will change often, so we hope you'll enjoy the adventure of trying new grapes and regions made by winemakers who care.
to encourage more exploring, you can also purchase any bottle on our shelves at retail plus corkage. corkage is $25 for a 1st bottle and $20 for a 2nd. that's well below standard restaurant mark-ups of 300-400%, since your bottle before corkage is only its retail price!
these wines are right for our bodies, right for our planet, and right for the small winemakers of our world who reject both chemical farming and the dozens of synthetic additives not listed on wine labels, which rob wine of its life force, purity and health.
